My established ability and talent lie in understanding what needs to change for growth, success, and maturity. I have a knack for encouraging others to see the bigger picture and guiding them on the path to it. My integrity and character are beyond reproach.
I have a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate in Theology, and extensive experience in organizational management, creating processes, and executing procedures that develop and improve operational competencies that demonstrate skills and tasks from concept to completion. I also ensure on-time, on-target, and on-budget results.
